Stacey Boggs is a New York based Lighting Designer. She is currently the Lighting Supervisor for the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. She has also worked as a Lighting Supervisor for The Wooster Group and as the Technical and Lighting Director for Ailey II. She has designed for choreographers Bill T. Jones, Troy Powell, Robert Moses, Christopher Wheeldon, Carlos Dos Santos, Chang Yong Sung, and Stephane Boko.
She has also designed Waterwell’s #9, Marco Millions (based on lies) and The|King|Operetta. Other designs include 651 Arts’ Soundtrack 63, Theatre Three’s The Diary of Anne Frank, and the national tour of I Love a Piano, Saint Johns University’s production of Urinetown, and the Dalton School’s Greek Festival. She has worked at Glimmerglass Opera, Florida Grand Opera, and Michigan Opera Theater. Stacey has designed the lights for many window displays in New York City. She has also worked with Jennifer Tipton, Chris Akerlind, Mark McCullough, Beverly Emmons, Guy Simard, Traci Klainer, Robert Henderson, Ted Mather, Kendall Smith, and Seth Reiser. She graduated from NYU’s Graduate Design program in 2005 and is a member of USA 829.
