The pandemic of 2020 shifted almost all teaching into the virtual world. The concept of the “upside down classroom” is over 20 years old and is the founding bedrock of the concept of delivering content virtually. Creating content for consumption before in-person meeting time allows teachers to assist students with their practical application of said concepts rather than presenting the material and hoping the students discover repeated success while doing homework.
