Stage Lighting Super Saturday is an all day training event that combines lecture style presentations with hands on product demonstrations of current stage lighting equipment. We will have approximately 6+/- hours of presentations and 4+/- hours of product display time.

The event is catered by a local delicatessen and pizza place. A light breakfast, snack, box/sandwich lunch and an afternoon break. You may wish to bring an additional bottle of water with you.

Refund policy: we would certainly miss having you attend our event, but should your plans change... We will refund your total enrollment fee if you cancel with at least seven days notice. After seven days prior to the event, we will refund all but a $35 catering fee. No refunds will be made for cancelations on, or after two days prior to the event day itself (in other words, Thursday Morning by 8am.)

Please note that group rates are based upon the number of paid admissions for the entire group. If a member of a group requests a refund, it may reset the rate for the other members of the group. For example, a group of 10 or more people enjoy a $35 discount for each member. A group of nine members enjoy a $25 discount for each. Thus, it would cost more for all the group members should one person decide to withdraw.

Refunds due to any weather related issues will be granted if the workshop is cancelled. Refunds are limited to the paid admission price only. You know how it goes; the show must go on!

Privacy statement: We do not share your info with anyone other then our sponsors. Our sponsors are likely to send you a "thanks for visiting" note of some sort. And, we will send you a note about future workshops as well.

Safety: our workshop is held in a working theater and you will be visiting with the manufacturers in a working facility. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Flip flops are not a good idea for walking around the stage. Not to mention, it's winter in NYC; it's too cold for flip flops. Didn't your mother tell you that?
